Eco-friendly operation

Eco-complex is a unique development with no analogues in the world. Emissions into the atmosphere comply with all environmental standards in Russia and abroad.

Only 380V required

Only a stable current source of 380V is required for operation. The combustion occurs due to the carbon contained in the raw material.

Waste of hazard class 2-4

Our complexes dispose wastes of hazard classes 2-4 without prior preparation. It is possible to simultaneously dispose waste of different types.

Mobility

The complex has relatively small dimensions. It is assembled in prefabricated units on a flat surface (concrete slabs, asphalt).

Operation principle

The operation of the complex is based on filtration combustion of carbon-containing materials. All released heat is stored inside the reactor; the temperature reaches up to 2000 ^oC. At this temperature, there occurs thermal destruction, the breaking of atomic bonds.

The processed raw material breaks down into carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Subsequently, the resulting carbon serves as fuel for combustion.
